Client background
Secure Vouchers are a security gift voucher printer, with clients that include leading retail chains and hotels.
Project background
The existing Secure Vouchers website needed to be re-designed and the functionality improved to increase the conversion of visitors into enquiries and orders.
Outcome of the project
The resulting project included the following services:
- a complete re-design to including making the new website responsive and consequently more mobile friendly
- the implementation of a bespoke online ordering service that allowed customers to easily order a wide range of secure voucher products online
- back office functionality was integrated with the website that allowed Secure Vouchers to manage orders far more effectively
